Job Summary
The Technology Administrator supports daily IT operations across the bank this role manages day-to-day IT operations, ensuring that users and executives have reliable, secure, and compliant technology services. This role works independently to resolve issues, administer systems, and contribute to ongoing projects.
Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive IT support for users across the organization.
- Contribute to technology rollouts, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Document incidents, service requests, and solutions.
- Manage user access, system permissions, and account lifecycle.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.
- Ensure all activities adhere to bank security and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in accordance with SLAs.
- Act as a point of escalation for Associates and provide guidance.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum experience required: 2 Years in a technology position
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware, OS, and software applications.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong process and procedure documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education level preferred: College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent)

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware, OS Win 11, and software applications.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Understanding of hardware lifecycle principles, asset management
- Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights. Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results.
- Builds trusted client relationships, whether internal or external, by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
- Fosters or supports a positive work culture and productive work environment, displaying importance of effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Travel to other locations may be required
- Physical demands (ADA): The job requires significant physical exertion and stamina such as repeated bending, reaching, climbing, or moderate and frequent lifting.
