Job Summary

Assists Financial Center Manager in maintaining bank operations and supporting Private Client Groups and clients in accordance with all applicable Bank policy and procedures.

Pay Range: $23.73 - $36.78

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in Financial Center operations tasks: POD scanning, review teller work, invoice payment, financial center proof, daily/monthly financial center reports, monthly audits, etc. Supports tellers, provides feedback.
  • Back up to Financial Center Manager. Assists with opening and closing Financial Center; assists with facilities issues, and training of new hires.
  • May open as a Head Teller/Teller and perform all teller functions as needed. See "Head Teller" and "Teller" job descriptions.
  • Provides ongoing servicing relationship with clients and responds to inquiries and requests regarding accounts. Assists Private Client Groups with client relationships including wire transfers, new account paperwork, foreign wires, collections etc. 
  • Assists back-office personnel in resolving operational issues, including proof, investigations and wire transfer requests.
  • Assists financial center management with a variety of projects.
  • Complete ongoing training as required - Compliance, HR, etc.

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.  Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

Required Qualifications:

  • Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent 
  • Minimum experience required: 2 Years in financial services (ex Teller)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as supervisor/team lead in a branch setting preferred
  • Knowledge of business accounts and wire transfers
